Breakfast: Two South Beach Diet™ Wrap Samwich Kit Turkey & Bacon Club plus a Sugar Free Jell-O Strawberry Artificially Flavoured Gelatin Snack...and a cup of D.P. (I'd have had coffee but the best coffee makers hadn't come to work yet...)
Lunch: Lean Cuisine roasted potatoes, broccoli & cheddar cheese sauce with a can of D.P.
Snack at Movie: Chip with cheese and a "small" Diet Pepsi...
Dinner: Salad from McDonalds and a glass of water...
