Breakfast: Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bowls (Bacon Eggs, Potatoes, Bacon & Cheddar Cheese), a small piece of left over Bisquit Quich (from this past Tuesday), a can of D.P. and a cup or two of coffee.
Lunch: A big slice of my Quich and a can of D.P.
Dinner: Baked chicken, rice pilof and water.
