Breakfast: egg salad made from two hard boiled eggs on a hamburger bun and coffee
Lunch: a McDonald's
- quarter pounder without cheese (both sides of the beef patty were covered with cheese!)
- large fries
- medium chocolate milk shake with whipped creamme (must be a Christmas thing?)
Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Load (Meat Loaf with Rich Brown Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Corn Blend & Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and iced water
