Breakfast: left over hot dog/cheese/sour krat and potatoe stew from yesterday, coffee and a small amount of "Diet Pepsi" (very unfizzy)
Snack: some cake with vinillia ice creamme and water Lunch: (at Casey's Cowtown)
- roast beef with barby sauce
- potatoe salad
- corn
- iced water
Dinner: a Healthy Choice meal (their roast beef chunks, chunked potatoes, corn and apple crisp) and cold water
