Breakfast: Kathie's Big Breakfast of:
- scrambled eggs,
- well cooked bacon wrapped in sour dough bread toast,
- Serri Lee coffee cake
- coffee
Lunch: We went to Montana Mikes and I had
- salad with French dressing,
- 12 oz ribeye steak
- "fully loaded" baked potatoe
- "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast and iced water and some Little Debbie mini-powdered donuts (I have my A1C in a month so I'm going to cut out what few sweets I allow myself to enjoy now. I don't know that it'll do much good...
