Breakfast: | From McDonalds wherre I had:
- scrambled eggs
- sausage patty
- bisquit with grape jelly
- coffee

Lunch: | From Long John Silvers, where I had:
- three fish sticks
- french fries
- "Diet Pepsi"

Snack: | potatoe chips |
Dinner: | I decided to do something else:
- two ears of corn
- broccoli soup made
- a small boiled onion
- a bunch of broccoli florets
- I boiled these and put them into the blender
- I also added some spices
Into the blender went some Tillamook extra sharp cheddar cheese
Finally, several pieces of boneless, skinned chicken pan fried

Blood sugar: AM 85 PM 127
Exercise: 74 minutes of pushing the lawn mower...
