Lunch: At the DCCC for

salad
chicken pieces
tomaotoe-noodle mixture
chocoalte cake with vinallia ice creamme
Dinner: Something new:
- boiled beef roast
- noodles
- broccoli
- and cold water
Pre-Bed Snack:
