I've read that in Kansas of the 1850s, they ate five (5) meals a day. These meals had a lot of pork, potatoes, bread, some veggies, coffee and beer. When I was on the USS FORRESTAL (CVA-59), in the early 1970s, we had different ways of eatting poorly. I suppose that I'm not doing much better now...

This morning's breakfast consisted of a large slice of leftover, homemade, meat pizza and a cup of coffee and a large glass of water. Now, normally I'd have a can of Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke but the family doctor has been preaching against that garbage! He might know what he's talking about?!?
