Lunch: A two burger A&W Root Beer Hamberger, most of an order of french fries and a large Diet Root Beer. I have a cold and that worst symptom: compromised breathing. Not my idea of fun..

Lunch: Orange, contaiuner of strawberry yoguer and a piece of Dillions chicken plus a can of DP.
Dinner: At the Dodge House, prime rib (quite good as opposed to the crap I got in April), baked p;otatoe, salad, roll and a glass of water.
Pre-Bed Snack: Three snorts from my ashima inhaler, MucinEX decondestant and two pain killers...
Snack: Two donuts at District Governor Lion John Lee's first cabinet meeting in Rush Center Kansas.
Lunch: Lazanna, salad, two slices of garlic bread made with sour dough bread, several cups of coffee and some ice tea.
Dinner: One and a half rubbins, some tomatoe soup with oyzter crackers and water.
Pre-Bed Snack: A gin-n-tonic. I'm beginning to think my upset stomach and vmnoiting earlier this months - when I had tomotoe soup and two gin-n-tonics might have been caused by either the city water or a stomach "bug'. Or, I simply might have had twice the amount of both liquids...
Lunch: A couple of slices of PIzza Hut pizza, a chunk of bread with red sauce, salad with cottage cheese and a piece of going away cake. Also, a glass of water and a glass of "Diet Pepsi".

Lunch: A yogurt (strawberry), orange, a couple of chunks of hamberger cooked and frozen and a can of DP.
Dinner: At Boot Hill, roast beef, roasted potatoes and onion, bisquit (2) with honey, apple crisk and water.
Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic...
Lunch: Two big hot dogs, potatoe chips and low-fat cottage cheese and a can of DP.
Dinner: We went to the Rodeo and first, we had "Elephant Ears" (a pastry with powdered sugar on it) and after the Rodeo, a fancy ass Burger King burger and a bottle of Michelob Lager (at home).
Lunch: At Mike Casey's new place: A large hamberger (1 lb), fries and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"...

Lunch: We went to "King's Buffett" and had a variety of "American" and "Chinese" food, which was mostly cooked chikcen chunks, white rice and choclate pudding for desert. I had two glasses of "Diet Pepsi".
Dinner: Left over stewed pork chops, sour krat, potatoe and a can of DP.
Pre-Bed Snack:

Lunch: Arby's Roast Beef samwhich, curley fries and a medium "Diet Coke".
Dinner: A low cal strawberry yogert, an orange and a take away chicken breast from Dillons and a can of DP at home.
Pre-Bed Snack: Piece of Kathie's birthday cake and then a gin-n-tonic.
Lunch: French Dip Samwhich, fries and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi" (at Casey's Cowtown). The service really sucked and I was thijnking that I'd not even get served.
Dinner: Fried ;and boiled beat up steak, potatoes and gravy made from the fried/boiled breading mixed with canned beef gravy and two bottles of Michelob Lager.

Dinner: At the 2008 Relay Walk, I first had two hambergers (nicely nearly burnt), chips and water. Later, I had a couple of pieces of pizza and water. I also had a couple of cups of hot choclate and some chips...

Dinner: A variety of fishy things from Long Dong John Sivers' and a "medium" Diet Pepsi...

Lunch: Bugger King hamberger, fries with way way too much salt and some king of soft drink that gave me the trots an hour or so later...
Dinner: Two boneless skinned chicken "filets", store bought mashed potatoes and the "gravy" over it. The gravy was the red wine, soy sauce, Worchester sauce, red peppers and "Italian Seasoning" I cooked the chicken in. Now, where the fuck is the Pink (Pepto Bismol)
