Breakfast: At Relay this morning, a McDonals's breakfast buritto and then a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast thingie and water.

Lunch: Left over stewed pork chop, a little bit of boiled potates and a lot of sour krat. Oh and I had a can of DP with all this...

Lunch: Subway Samwhich meatball samwhich, chips and a medium "Diet Coke"

Dinner: At the 2008 Relay Walk, I first had two hambergers (nicely nearly burnt), chips and water. Later, I had a couple of pieces of pizza and water. I also had a couple of cups of hot choclate and some chips...

Lunch: Bacon salad at Casey's Cowtown and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"...

Dinner: A variety of fishy things from Long Dong John Sivers' and a "medium" Diet Pepsi...

Breakfast: Oatmeal and coffee. A peanut butter samwhich in late morning.

Lunch: Bugger King hamberger, fries with way way too much salt and some king of soft drink that gave me the trots an hour or so later...

Dinner: Two boneless skinned chicken "filets", store bought mashed potatoes and the "gravy" over it. The gravy was the red wine, soy sauce, Worchester sauce, red peppers and "Italian Seasoning" I cooked the chicken in. Now, where the fuck is the Pink (Pepto Bismol)

  • stewed beef with

    • other veggies plus
  • rice with peas and mystery veggies,
  • a little roll thingie and
  • ice water!

Snack: A bananna split at Dairy Queen...

Dinner: At Montana Mikes, a salad, steak, "fully loaded" baked potatoe and ice water...

Breakfast: Skipped it as I was fasting preparatory to my annual physical...

Lunch: Actually a brunch of:

  • two pork chops,
  • two eggs over medium,
  • hash brown potatoes,
  • two slices of whole wheat toast with grape jelly and
  • coffee!

Lunch take 2...: A fried balona samwhich (on sour dough bread) and a can of DP.

Dinner: Two boneless, skinned chicken filets (baked) and white hominty with a glass of bottled water.
