Lunch: Actually a brunch of:
- two pork chops,
- two eggs over medium,
- hash brown potatoes,
- two slices of whole wheat toast with grape jelly and
- coffee!
Lunch take 2...: A fried balona samwhich (on sour dough bread) and a can of DP.
Dinner: Two boneless, skinned chicken filets (baked) and white hominty with a glass of bottled water.
Pre-Bed Snack:
