Lunch: a Subway foot long sub of roast beef, cheese and lettuce plus a
medium "Diet Coke" (and later a small amount of vinilla ice cremme)
Dinner: marie Callender Country Fried Beef Steak (with Mashed Potatoes,
Gravy & Glazed Carrots) and water
People think that what they eat daily will always be remembered as normal, yet this isn't true. Someday, my descendants might be amused or appalled at what I eat...

Gravy & Glazed Carrots) and water
Lunch: At Casey's Cowtown: chicken fried chicken (overcooked), mashed
potatoes and brown gravy. They didn't bring out the usual roll and the
quality of the meal was inferior to Mike Casey's usual high standards.
Dinner: Marie Callender's Meat Lasagna (with Ricotta & Mozzarella
Cheeses in Hearty Marinara Sauce), a banana and cold water
Snack: popcorn
I suspect the combination of the usual amount of milk on the wheaties
plus a Muslinix pill gave me an upset stomach well into the morning; I
kept everything down, fortunately...
Lunch: a balony on sour dough bread sandwich, a bag of Cheeze-Its and a
couple of cups of coffee
Lunch: at Casey's Cowtown and had chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes
with white gravy, roll with butter and water
Dinner: homemade speghetti sauce, the noodles and water
To paraphrase (because I don't know if I've got the quote correct!) Vir
Cotto to Laneer: "It tasted so good going down; not so good coming back up."
I probably didn't drain enough hamberger fat off when I fried the
hamberger (but I drained a lot off) and that lead to my upset stomach
about an hour after going to bed.
Yes, these two were characters on "Babylon 5" andthe name spellings are
probably wrong...
Lunch: some left over mashed potatoes and brown gravy and later, from
KFC, two pieces of Extra Crispy chicken (both wing and breast were
nicely overcooked!), mashed potatoes and brown gravy and a glass of
"Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: (at Casey's Cowtown): salad with whiteish dressing, roast beef,
baked potatoe, two rolls with "butter" and water...
Snack: a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and coffee
Lunch: baked chicken, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, asspargus and water
Dinner: bowl of Campbell's Chicken soup and a peanut butter and jelly
sandwich on a single slice of sour dough bread
Post-Dinner: a coffee cup of that Scottish drink...
Snack: a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and coffee
Lunch: At the Boot Hill Casino Restaurant: salad, a cup of a soup that
seemed a lot like a Brunswick stew, excellent spegheti and meatballs,
two glasses of "Diet Pepsi" and later, more "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: a Healthy Choice meal of meat loaf, mashed potatoes and brown
gravy, corn and an apple/cranberry cobbler. All was quite good; I drank
water.
After dinner, I had a coffee cup of a Scotish drink that I took from a
web page. This drink consisted of:
Lunch: We had an office luncheon and I had one well done hamberger on a
bun and two very well done burgers with catchup and mustard and a well
done hot dog; some potatoe salad, a couple of deviled eggs and my
homemade ice creamme with some one else's homemade fudge sauce and a
couple of glasses of bottled Diet Pepsi.
Dinner: 1 bar-b-ques beef sandwich and .5 bar-b-qued pork sandwich, a
scoop of potatoe salad and two scoups of vinilla ice creamme
Lunch: a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and later, corned beef
hash with two eggs cooked with them and water...
Dinner: pork roast, broccoli florets and a big slice of sour dough bread
and water
Lunch: at Applebys: baby back ribs, french fries, cole slaw and split a
vinilla ice creamme, whipped creamme, big choclate chip cookie desert
and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi:"
Dinner: a little TV dinner and water
Snack: an egg salad sandwich and coffee
Lunch: a Rubin sandwich
Dinner: aspairgus, most of a steak and most of a baked potatoe (left
overs refrigerated for tomorrow)
Lunch: yogurt with strawberries and water
Dinner: broccoli and Zaterans' Dirty Rice and water

Dinner: at Montana Mike's, salad, steak with baked potatoe and broiled
scrimp (shared with my wife), part of a Mudslide desert and two beers
(Kathie drove home, for a change, and I got to be the one drinking a
couple of beers!)
