Breakfast: homemade SOS on store bought mashed potatoes and coffee

Lunch: from Wendy's,
  • a quarter pound "baconator" (a quarter pound hamburger with bacon)
  • a baked potatoe with sour creamme and butter
  • a medium "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf meal and water
