Snack: a small amount of vanilla pudding and coffee

Lunch: bowl of Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup and a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and yet more coffee...

Dinner: Marie Callender's Country Fried Beef Steak & Gravy with Seasoned Red Skin Potatoes & Macaroni & Cheese and cold water
