Breakfast: creamme of wheat, 2 slices sour dough toast and coffee

Lunch: at the Rat -er- KFC for:
  • Pieces of chicken
  • Mashed potatoes with brown gravy
  • Hominy with pieces of chicken
  • Chocolate pudding/whipped creamme cake
  • Two glasses of “Diet Pepsi”

Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken meal
  • with chicken,
  • mashed potatoes,
  • corn, apple desert and
  • Cold water

Snack: gin-n-tonic

Breakfast: left over rice pilaf and coffee

Lunch: At DCCC, for salad, sausage, french fries, chocolate ice creamme and “Diet Pepsi”
 
Dinner: We went to the Boot Hill Casino and I had
  • Salad
  • Cup of chicken soup
  • Most of a 12oz prime rib
  • Most of a double baked potatoe
  • Fresh baked bread and garlic butter
  • Chocolate brownie
  • Two 16 oz glasses of Stella
It was all good!

Breakfast: left over rice pilaf and coffee


Lunch: Tomatoe soup with 2 hot dogs, slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter and grape jelly and coffee


Dinner: We went to the pre opening of a new restaurant. This place was built in what had been the Boot Hill Museum warehouse. They handed out three dinner cards, and a desert card.
I ordered:
• Salad. There was some discussion with the waitress about what my dressing was going to be. When the main course arrived, Kathie reminded the waitress that I had not gotten my salad.
• We had pheasant “sticks”. Very nicely flavored but very dry. Overcooked?
• I got sirloin stripes wrapped around sliced veggies and a very nice corn dish. It wasn’t until we were getting desert that Kathie said “weren’t you supposed to have a baked potatoe”. She was right. I had discussed the toppings on my baked potatoe and was assured “it is real bacon”.
• The desert was fine. There were three well cooked bacon stripes stuck in whipped creamme.

This was an opening and all the orders hit the kitchen The head chef was overwhelmed, I think.

Finally, I drank three glasses of a lemonade that was supposedly “low sugar”. This “low sugar” gave me the highest post-dinner blood sugar readings I have every had!

It was a startup that actually went well (I think). We will be going back when they are officially open and I will keep better track of what I am supposed to be getting!

Breakfast: home made SOS and cvoffee


Lunch: We sent to Montana Mikes for lunchl. After this lunch, I told Kathie to not let me take her there for hambergers but to go to Caseys Cowtown instead. I had:
• Hot roll with butter
• Quarter pound hamberger (this was dry and overcooked)
• Fries
• About half of Kathie’s onion rings
• Tewo glasses ofg “Diet Pepsi”


Dinner: I couldn’t face Healthy Choice tonight so I had a can of creamme of cicken sou0p and a sikngle slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter and grape jelly.

I couldn’t get warm when I went to bed last night. Then, about 1 am, I woke up coughing and knew I was going to vomit shortly. So, I went to the hall bathroom and ended up vomiting several times. I still don’t know what I ate yesterday that turned my stomach so badly.

•    Serra Lee Coffee Cake

Lunch: Lunch:  homemade spaghetti of sausage, noddles, with catsup and cold water

Dinner: Kathie made
•    Chickern breast
•    Boiled broccoli
•    Rice pilaf
•    More cold water (I really wanted White Zinfadel but we didn’t have it)
