Saturday:

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, 2 slices toast with grape jelly, 1 cup of coffee

Lunch at the state fair in mcpherrson and i had: brat with kraut, brown and added yellow mustard and ketshup and literally a sip of water. i had what i thought was vinallia ice creamme but it turned outto be frozen yogert. it was some good shit!

Dinner at the doubletree at the wichita airport and i had:

Most of an excellent 14 oz stewak
Most of a large baked potatoe
B roccoli
2 large glasses of sam adams beer

It was a good dinner
