Breakfast: left over beef stew and coffee
Lunch: at the DCCC for a turkey and cheese sandwich, rice mixed with smashed beans, chocolate cake with vanilla ice creamme and a glass of "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: piece of dark chocolate
Dinner: two baked potatoes with melted Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese and a can of chicken, small carrots and a glass of cold water
