Breakfast: in Hays at the hotel for
  • SOS on biscuits
  • scrambled eggs
  • English muffin with peanut butter and grape jelly
  • coffee
Lunch: a croissant cold cut sandwich with a noodle salad and desert, coffee and iced water
 
Dinner: Chicken, baked potatoe, mixed carrots and peas and chocolate cake
