Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee
 
Lunch: At King's Buffet for rice, chicken and beef dishes and desert and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
 
Snack: piece of dark chocolate
 
Snack 2:  a couple of chocolate chip cookies
 
Dinner: Marie Callender's Beef & Brocoli and a piece of dark chocolate and iced water
