Snack: piece of dark chocolate
 
Lunch: At Taco Bell for 3 taco supreme and a large "Diet Pepsi"
 
Snack: a donut and cold water
 
Dinner:  a Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and iced water
 
Snack: a gin-n-tonic
