Breakfast:
Lunch: at an office luncheon, sloppy joes, pasta salad, excellent cake and vanilla ice creamme and a soft drink.
Snack: one of those chocolate cakes in a coffee cup
Dinner: I made:
- boiled broccoli florets
- ½ pound of hamburger
- baked potatoe
- cold water
I had expected much better blood sugar results that what I got!
U1V0 AM 111 PM 199 I am not happy with this PM score and hope it doesn't really screw up my A1C. I have been expected to go on the needle come January anyway...
