Breakfast: two peanut butter and grape jelly on hamburger buns (they stayed down about an hour or so; I haven't been this sick to my stomach in a long time)

Lunch: Long John Silvers for a mixture of
  • 2 fish "planks",
  • 3 chicken "planks",
  • french fries,
  • cole slaw and
  • a medium "Diet Pepsi"
As meals go, it was adequate and one of many...

Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf meal of meatloaf, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, corn and "Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp" and iced water
