Breakfast: bowl of spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee
 
Lunch: three slices of meat pizza and no desert
 
Snack: a chunk of dark chocolate and some vanilla ice creamme with embedded chocolate chips
 
Dinner:  Marie Callender's Beef & Broccoli and iced water with some of the "snack time" ice creamme.
