Breakfast: cheerios, two slices or sour dough bread with peanut butter and grape jelly and coffee (I suppose I could have had honey?)
 
Lunch: at Napoli's at the Garden City Airport for:
  • home made rolls and butter
  • spaghetti with meat sauce, meat balls, "Italian sausage"
  • two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: a Reese's Cup and iced water
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf and iced water and some dark chocolate for desert.
