Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee
Lunch: Healthy Choice and Pepsi Zero
Snack: dark chocolate
Dinner: We went to the Boot Hill Casino restaurant and I had:
- salad
- small cup of noodle soup
- prime rib (I brought about half home with me)
- baked potatoe
- split a chocolate brownie with fudge sauce, whipped creamme and ice creamme with Kathie
- glass of iced water
Post-dinner: a gin-n-tonic
