Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee

Lunch: Healthy Choice and Pepsi Zero

Snack: dark chocolate

Dinner: We went to the Boot Hill Casino restaurant and I had:
  • salad
  • small cup of noodle soup
  • prime rib (I brought about half home with me)
  • baked potatoe
  • split a chocolate brownie with fudge sauce, whipped creamme and ice creamme with Kathie
  • glass of iced water
Post-dinner: a gin-n-tonic
