Breakfast: Kathie's Big Breakfast of:
  • coffee cake
  • well cooked bacon
  • scrambled eggs
  • some of the bacon in a sandwich
  • coffee
Lunch: steak, aspargius, baked potatoe and cold water

Snack: some dark chocolate and a bottle of Diet Pepsi

Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf and iced water

Desert: some dark chocolate
