Breakfast: Jimmy Dean bacon, egg, potatoe and cheddar cheese breakfast bowl and coffee
Snack: a couple of pieces of dark chocolate
Lunch: I put chopped up Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese in a plastic bowl and added dried onion flakes and three eggs. This I microwave until it appeared to be done and had this with a Pepsi One (probably bad for me but I've drank all the coffee I want today and expect to be drinking a lot of water at home).
Snack: some dark chocolate
Dinner: roast beef, boiled potatoes (from a can), home made gravy from the beef juice I boiled the roast in and a bottle of LandShark!
Snack; some peanuts and a gin-n-tonic
