Breakfast:  breakfast pizza with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese and 2 cups of coffee

    Snack:   none

    Lunch: breakfast pizza

    Snack: Jimmy Johns roast beef sandwich, chips and bottle of Diet Pepsi

   Dinner:  Healthy Choice chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and cold water

I spent a lot of time on my feet today and I'd like to think this helped drop my blood sugar. =-O
