Breakfast:  creamme of wheat, toast and coffee

Snack:  chunks of dark chocolate

Lunch:  Healthy Choice chicken meal and cold water

Snack:  a couple of chunks of dark chocolate and a bite of chocolate fudge

Dinner:  meat pizza

Snack:  a couple of home made chocolate cookies
