Breakfast: creamme of  wheat, toast an d coffee

Snack: bit of chocolate and coffee

Lunch: hmemade spethetti sauce. hmemade "French bread" and coffee

Snack: bite of chocolate fudge

Dinner: at Boot Hill Museum for Sally's
  • bar b que beef
  • potatoe
  • cramme of corn
  • bisquit with honey
  • two servings of apple scrudle
  • iced water

It is hard to believe this small amount of sugar could cause my blood sugar to peak so severely!  It makes me realize that I have become far more sensitive to sugar and that I had better start taking better control of what I am eating. I should also do a better job of exercising... :-[
