Breakfast: bowl of spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee

Lunch: at Burger King for
  • a double hamburger made of
    • two patties
    • bacon and
    • sauces
  • fries
  • a large "Diet Coke"
Desert: Dairy Queen Dilly bar (chocolate over vinallia ice creamme)

Dinner: a quick mix of soup made of
  • can of chicken noodle soup and
  • most of a can of cooked chicken

  • glass of cold water

  • AM
    116 PM 116  ( The same score, both morning and night. Who would have thought it?)
