Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee

Lunch: at Pizza Hutt for salad, desert and some pizza. I drank a glass of "Diet Pepsi" (with no offer of a refill).

Snack: About a half teaspoon of choclate fudge

Dinner: Hungry-Man Smoking Backyard Barbeque™. This included
  • bar-b-que chicken
  • bar-b-que pork
  • mashed potatoes
  • corn
  • brownie

  • cold water

    There are times when diabetes simply puzzles me. My evening meal should have been light enough to not result in this enormous score. There has got to be something else going on.
