Breakfast:  two egg “egg salad”
                    One slice of bread
                   Coffee

    Snack  slice sour dough bread with
                   Peanut butter and grape jelly
                  Small amount of Diet Pepsi

    Lunch:  from Arby:
                   Chicken sandwich
                  Onion rings
                  Apple turnover
                  Small “Diet Coke”

   Dinner:  Home made spaghetti sauce
                 Spaghetti
                 Glass of local lager (“1872”(

    Snack:  dark chocolate chips
                  Gin-n-tonic
