                  potatoe
                 carrots
                 onion
              bread in the gravy  


Pre-Bed Snack: potatoe chips
               cottage cheese
               gin-n-tonic


*This is home made from
                      2 cps Bisquit
                      2 teaspones fake sugr
                      sufficient LandShark to make a wet batter

                      Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
