Diet Pepsi and some Diet Coke

Desert:

Dark Chocolate chips

Ritz Crackers with peanut butter*

_______Dinner: home made meat loaf (a lot of onion)

baked potatoes

boiled broccoli

small glass of White Zin

Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic

Rit5z Crackers and peanut butter
