_______Dinner:   at the Casino, salad, excellent prime rib, baked potatoe with butter, sour creamme and cottage cheese and 2 bottles of Bud...
 
Pre-Bed Snack: a cookie from the casino and a couple of chunks of dark chocolate

Breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, Serri Lee coffee cake and part of my bacon in a bacon sandwich and coffee
 
Lunch: a McDonalds quarter pounder, fries and "Diet Coke"
 
Snack: some ice creamme and a couple of chunks of dark chocolate
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and iced water

recipe from a friend...

EASIEST YEAST ROLLS EVER:

1 pack yeast
3/4 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dissolve yeast in water. Put Bisquick, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl mix well flour your work surface turn dough out knead for 12-15 minutes shape into rolls place in a greased pan cover with damp towel let rise 1 hour brush with melted butter bake for 12-15 minutes add more butter. Mmmm!

Breakfast:  in the large cast iron fry pan:
  • hash brown potatoes
  • well cooked bacon
  • two eggs boiled fried in the bacon fat
  • coffee
  • cold water
Lunch: Dairy Queen for:
  • six pieces of chicken
  • french fries
  • a very small container of gravy
  • medium "Diet Pepsi"
  • banana split with:
    • all vanilla ice creamme
    • fudge dressing
    • extra whipped creamme
Anthony Bourdain wrote that restaurant managers must have "nervous feet" and walk around talking with the customers. One of the clerks screwed up on my wife's order and that of another customer. The manager walked around apologizing and explaining. This made Kathie feel better and we are much more likely to return that we would have without speaking with the manager.Without speaking with the manager, I would have been bad mouthing them vice praising them!


Dinner:  highly seasoned roast beef, Kathie's rice pilaf, asparagus and cold water.

Desert: a gin-n-tonic

_______Dinner: We went to Dodge  House and they are now off the shit list! The food was quite good and we had very good service! I had:

Lunch: (office luncheon): Zaherins' "Dirty Rice" (I made and brought in), someones homemade version of the same but with different meat, different spices but they both had white rice. I drank a can of "Pepsi One" and I had cake with vanilla ice creamme...
 
Dinner: A Jimmy John's pork sandwich, chips and a bottle of LandShark.
 
AM:  94  PM:  205
 
The next morning, my blood sugar was 95, so I guess I had the avantage of the overnight sugar drop...
