Breakfast:  the last of the home made meatloaf and some rice pilaf and coffee
 
Lunch: a tuna sandwich, some chips and a bottle of Diet Pepsi
 
Snack: some dark chocolate and a couple of little frosted rolls at work (so I was hungry
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken Linguini and iced water
 
Snack: a couple of chunks of dark chocolate...
