Breakfast: home made pancakes and coffee
 
Snack: a small hamburger
 
Lunch: at King's Buffet for some chicken dishs, rice, desert and "Diet Pepsi"
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Grilled Chicken Marinara with Parmesan and iced water (a couple of chunks of dark chocolate for desert)
