Breakfast: an omlette made in a plastic "omlette maker", with 3 eggs and slices of Tillamook Extra Sharp cheddar cheese. I soaked dried onion flakes and ground red pepper and ground black pepper in the eggs overnight. I had a can of Pepsi One.
Lunch: A can of Progresso Light Creamy Potatoe with Bacon & Cheese soup.
Dinner: We went to the Casino and I had:
* salad and a very small bowl of tapioka and chocolate pudding
* most of a t-bone steak (I "doggy bagged" about half of it...)
* most of a baked potatoe (I also "doggy bagged" about half of this...)
* two bottles of Coors "Premium"
* split a "Chocolate Suicide" really chocolate cake...
