Breakfast: we went to IHOP where I had an omlette with cheddar cheese, chopped ham, and a side of hash browns with coffee and water
 
Lunch: a steak sandwich, a small amount of potatoe chips and a bottle of Diet Pepsi
 
Dinner: a Healthy Choice meat loaf dinner with a chunk of dark chocolate and iced water
