Breakfast: Oatmeal and coffee and a little bit of no sugar diet vinilla pudding.

Lunch: baked chicken, rice pilof, brocolli flowers and a couple of Diet Pepsi.

Dinner: A crock pot stew of chopped tomatoes, tomatoe sauce and meatballs. Expect to have a beer with this...
