Breakfast: oatmeal and a toasted baggle with peanut butter. Coffee
and a Diet Pepsi.

Lunch: Left over mixture of boiled tomatoes, tomatoe paste,
stewed stew meat, ground onion flakes, choclate baking
powder and chilli powder.

Dinner: Rubens and veggies.
