Breakfast: Aunt Jamima pancakes and coffee.

Dinner: Fried pork chops that I then put into a crock pot, with three small
potatoes, covered with "Franks" sour kraut and slow cooked from about
7:15 am to just after 2 pm. Very tender...

snack: Small piece of steak left over from yesterday.
