Breakfast: Oatmeal, a slice of sour dougth bread with peanut butter and a can of D.P.

Lunch: Left over beef/pork stew, a slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter and a can of D.Pl.

Dinner: Salad from Dillions and a can of D.P.
