Breakfast: Bite sized shredded wheat with a banna and coffee.

Lunch:
Burger King for an Angus Burger, fries and a large glass of "Diet Coke".

Snack: A couple of those mini-snack things...

Dinner:
South Beach Diet™ Asian Inspired Orange Beef and a can of D.P.
