- patty sausage,
- two eggs over medium,
- real hash browned potatoes (not the fried mashe potatoes I had the other day!),
- whole wheat toast with grape jelly and
- several cups of decent coffee and a glass of ice water.
Lunch: Something quick and bad for me. I fried some corned beef and put it between two slices of hand sliced sour dough bread, with mustard and a can of D.P. I also had a can of Campbell's Tomatoe soup.
Dinner: A Hunbgry-Man (1 lb) Classic Fried Chicken (White & Dark Chicken Pieces with Mashed Potatoes, Corn adn a Brownie) and a can of D.P. I know that I should have had something good for me but I've eatten so many "good for me" meals lately and have little to show for them. So, fuck it! I'm going with "bad for me" tonight and I'll get "back on the wagon" tomorrow...
