Breakfast: Bowl of spoon sized shredded wheat, coffee, a small slice of toasted sour dough bread with peanut butter and a can of D.P.
Lunch: Two small containers of strawberry yogart, some slices of peperoni and cheddar cheese and some of this on a couple of crackers and of course, a can of D.P.
Dinner: Healthy Choice® Cafe SteamersTM and a can of D.P.
Snack: An Austin Cheese Cracker with Peanut Butter and a glass of water.
