Lunch: Two sloppy joe samwhiches at Boot Hill Muesum (the second on one slice of hamerger bun), a bag of potatoe chips and water.
Snack: After I got home, I had peanut butter and honey on a slice of sour dough bread, a can of DP and a cup of coffee. This was a bit excessive and I regreted the coffee...
Dinner: Healthy Choice™ Grilled White Meat Chicken & Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce (With Linguini Pasta & Broccoli Florets) and a can of DP.
