Lunch: An orange, a container of strawberry yogurt and at home, a chicken breast from Dillins plus a can of DP. About a ¼ to ¾ of an hour later, I was definitely feeling hunger so I had a package of "Little Debbies" powder sugar donuts and a cup of coffee. That set me to rights (as the Brits say).
Dinner: Boiled chicken with boiled broccoli florets and some white rice (about a ¼ of a cup unboiled) and (of course) a can of DP.
Snack A gin-n-tonic in a coffee cup and a peanut butter and low sugar grape jelly samwhich on a single slice of sour dough bread.
