Breakfast: Pancakes and coffee plus a can ofr DP.

Lunch: Orange and a container of strawberry yoguer.

Snack: At the Red Cross Blood drive, a bowl of potatoe soup with crackers, coffee and a glass of ice water.

Dinner: At Casey's Cowtown: Salad, filet with bacon stip, two glasses of "Diet Pepsi" and "Creamme Boule" for desert.

Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic

Brunch:Home made Bisquit Quich with bacon, a salad and champaign.

Lunch:

Dinner: Baked chicken, two ears of corn on the cob, a slice of bread with butter on it (used to "butter up" the corn) and water.

  • a can of DP and
  • coffee.

Lunch: A steak salad at Montana Mikes and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi".

Dinner: Baked chicken, rice pilof, aspargious and a can of DP.

Pre-Bed Snack: A gin-n-tonic...

  • two slices of sour dough bread with mayo and in which the bacon was put
  • Sera Lee coffee cake
  • cup of coffee and
  • a can of DP

Lunch: At Appleby, a nice salad and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi".

Breakfast: We did breakfast at a local place where I had
  • Two pork chops (the first was good and the second was not
  • two eggs over east
  • hash brown potatoes
  • two slices of whole wheat bread with grape jelly and
  • coffee!

Lunch: Salad from Dillions and a can of DP.

Dinner: 1 1/2 Ruben and potatoe chips with low fat cottage cheese and a can of DP.

Breakfast: Peanut butter samwhich and in mid-morning, some boiled speghetti noodles and a can of DP with each.

Lunch: Sonic bacon hamberger, fries and a medium "Diet Coke"

Dinner: Homemade speghetti sauce and store bought spegetti noodles. My sauce was made from

  • 1/2 medium oinon
  • two garlic cloves
  • 8 small tomatoes
    Blended this in me blender...
  • about 1.5 pounds of hamberger and
  • cooked for at least an hour
a can of DP

Breakfast: A chicken samwhich and a can of DP.

Lunch: left overs from Long John Silvers ("fish", french fries, those little balls of something) and a can of DP.

Dinner: An Appleby's salad and a can of DP. To my shock, my 2 hours past dinner blood sugar reading was 208! This is more than what I get from steak, baked potatoes and maybe a desert!

Lunch: Long John Silber for chicken thingie, french fries, those little rouind balls of mash and a largish glass of "Diet Pepsi".

Dinner: Hamber, potatoe chips and a can of DP.

Pre-Bed Snack: oddly enuf, nothing...

Dinner: Two slices of what might have been Swiss Steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, wonderful roll and butter and a chunk of white cake with white frosting that I bought for Kathie. The meal was put on by the Hugoton Kansas Lions Club...
